Josh Kampmann is the General Manager of Dick Hannah Subaru, bringing more than 20 years of automotive industry experience to his role. His journey began as a sales consultant within the Dick Hannah organization, where his dedication, work ethic, and commitment to customer service helped him advance through the ranks into dealership leadership.

Growing up as the oldest of seven siblings, Josh developed a strong appreciation for teamwork, accountability, and supporting those around him. These values continue to shape his leadership approach today. He is passionate about building a positive culture for both employees and customers and leads his team with Dick Hannah's guiding philosophy: "Believe in Nice."

Josh takes pride in creating an exceptional customer experience and empowering his team to serve the community with integrity, transparency, and care. Under his leadership, Dick Hannah Subaru remains committed to helping customers find the right vehicle and providing outstanding service long after the sale.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys traveling with his wife, Victoria, exploring new destinations, cooking, fishing, hiking, and spending time outdoors.
